What Odin is
Odin Lost & Found is a staff platform used by airport and transit lost-and-found teams to log found property, record passenger lost-item reports, match the two, and return items to their owners. It is operated by CHT Legatum, LLC, doing business as JMA Strategy Group, on behalf of the airport, airline, or agency (the “Operator”) that runs each lost-and-found desk.
It is a workplace tool, not a consumer service. Every screen requires a sign-in, and accounts are issued by an administrator at the operating organization — they cannot be self-created. If you are a traveller looking for something you lost, you do not need an account: use the lost-item form published by the airport you travelled through.
If you are a traveller
Report a lost item, or check on one you already reported, using the lost-and-found page for the airport or agency where you lost it. Each Operator publishes its own form and holds the property it recovers. JMA Strategy Group provides the software; we do not hold found items and cannot release them.
If you have already submitted a report and need to change or withdraw it, the confirmation email you received contains a link to do so.
If you are staff
For access problems — a forgotten password, a locked account, or a new starter who needs an account — contact the administrator at your own organization first. They can issue and reset accounts without involving us.
For anything the platform itself is doing wrong — an error message, a feature not behaving as expected, a report that will not generate — use the Support option inside the app, which routes to us with the context already attached, or email us at the address below.
Contact
Email support@odinlf.com. We reply during United States business hours, Monday to Friday, and aim to respond within one business day.
When reporting a problem, it helps to include the organization or station you work at, what you were trying to do, and the item or reference number involved if there is one. Please do not include passenger names, addresses, or photographs of identity documents in an email — give us the reference number and we will look the record up.
